Pham hit .182 in 13 games for the Cardinals, with one home run and three RBIs. Kelly was hitting .203 with two homers at Triple-A.

      Cardinals OF Tommy Pham hits first MLB homer in win

      Rookie outfielder Tommy Pham was a one-man wrecking crew for the Cardinals on Sunday, hitting his first major league home run and driving in all three runs in a 3-1 victory over the Padres. Pham, who was making just his third start of the season since being called up from Triple-A on Friday, cracked a two-run shot in the third inning for his first homer, and then added an RBI double in the fifth inning to give St. Louis all the run support it would need. Pham's homer barely cleared the wall in left-center, and he stopped at second base thinking it was a double before beingn waved around. He also scored both runs in Saturday's win.

      Cardinals center fielder Tommy Pham went 1 for 4 with two runs scored in Saturday's win over San Diego. Pham doubled for his first career hit and scored the first two runs of his career.       The Cardinals tweaked their lineup prior to Saturday's game against the Padres. Second baseman Kolten Wong, who has hit from the leadoff spot 39 times this season, will hit from the sixth spot. The injury will keep Adams sidelined potentially all season, although he could return for the playoffs. The first baseman will need about four months of recovery.
