Steve Melewski@masnSteve1D agoIn March in Fla, Albert Suarez told us after signing with the Orioles last Sept, he spent 2 weeks in Sarasota with coaches who suggested adjustments he could make to add velocity. It worked. When he pitched in 2016-2017 with the Giants he was throwing 92, 93. Avg 96.0 today.
