    The Twins have announced the activation of outfielder Aaron Hicks from the disabled list and the promotion of left-hander Logan Darnell from Triple-A Rochester. Hicks spent the minimum amount of time on the DL with a strained hamstring. He will try to break a 3-for-30 skid upon his return.
