    Report: Ryan Rowland-Smith signs with Taiwanese team

    Free-agent pitcher Ryan Rowland-Smith has signed a deal to pitch with the EDA Rhinos in 2015, he announced on Twitter The EDA Rhinos are one of four teams in the Chiense Professional Baseball League in Taiwan. Rowland-Smith made six appearances with the Diamondbacks in 2014, giving up four earned runs in 7 1/3 innings. He also pitched with two Triple-A clubs last season, posting a 4.66 ERA and 20:7 K:BB ratio in 29 innings.
