Dragan Bender won't turn 19 until a few weeks into the season, so there is plenty of time for him to develop into the player for whom the Suns invested the No. 4 overall pick. Bender does have a bit of experience playing overseas in Israel, and has a skill set that could make him an absolute star in the modern NBA. Bender is a legit 7-footer, but he has preternatural vision on the floor and should eventually develop into a strong passer and shooter from the frontcourt. Bender does have to fill out a bit, and there might be a tough learning curve for the soon-to-be 19-year-old as he enters the NBA. That makes him a risky investment for Fantasy, but someone you should still take a chance on in the second half of your draft for upside alone.
