Valentine (ankle) has been ruled out for Thursday's preseason finale against the Hawks, K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune reports.
Valentine has yet to return to full practice, so it's no surprise to see him ruled out Thursday as he continues to nurse a sprained left ankle. The hope is that the rookie will be able to get back on the court in full capacity sometime in the next week as the Bulls' regular season opener on Oct. 27 approaches.
