Love (illness) will play in Monday's game against the Heat, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Love was originally expected to sit out Monday's game, but was subsequently upgraded to questionable and has now been cleared for action after taking part in pregame warmups. With LeBron James and Kyrie Irving remaining sidelined for rest, Love could see a increase in usage when on the floor, although it wouldn't be surprising if coach Ty Lue opted to closely monitor his minutes in order to keep him as fresh as possible for the team's upcoming playoff run. That said, Love should take on his usual role in the starting lineup at power forward.
