Dunleavy (ankle) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Cavaliers, Chris Vivlamore of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Dunleavy is set to miss his fourth straight game, as he's yet to shake a lingering ankle injury. His next opportunity to take the court will be Sunday against the Pacers, but even once he's healthy, it's possible that coach Mike Budenholzer could opt to keep rookie Taurean Prince in the rotation over Dunleavy.
