Reed (knee) played 16 minutes in Wednesday's 106-98 win over the Nuggets, finishing with no points (0-1 FG, 0-2 FT), seven rebounds and one assist.

Though Reed was active and available for Monday's 112-104 loss to the Celtics following a four-game absence due to a hyperextended right knee, he didn't see the floor in a coach's decision. With coach Erik Spoelstra inserting Josh McRoberts into the starting five at power forward, Reed entered the rotation Wednesday to serve as the backup to center Hassan Whiteside. So long as Spoelstra sticks with McRoberts in a starting role, Reed should continue to hold down a limited role off the bench.
