Anthony will sit out Sunday's game against Indiana to rest.
According to Stefan Bondy of the New York Daily News, interim head coach Kurt Rambis noted that he anticipated Anthony's absence to be a "one game thing", so don't be concerned if you are relying on Anthony in standard leagues. Cleanthony Early, who is coming off of a seven point, six rebound performance Friday, will get the start in Anthony's place, but will be a risky play in daily leagues given his inconsistency as a scorer this year. Expect Anthony to return on Wednesday against Charlotte and play normal minutes in the final few games of the season.
