Frye scored no points (0-2 FG, 0-2 3Pt) in five minutes of court time in Monday's 117-110 overtime win against the Hawks.
Aaron Gordon has been outstanding since claiming the starting power forward job from Frye in late January, and there's no sign that coach Scott Skiles intends to hand that role back to the veteran. Look for Frye to play only spot minutes off the bench the rest of the season in situations where the Magic are looking to add more three-point shooting on the floor.
