Barnes provided 23 points (9-24 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 4-4 FT), seven rebounds, four assists and two steals across 41 minutes in Sunday's 91-81 win over the Pelicans.

Barnes saw his shooting volume tick up again with Dirk Nowitzki (Achilles) sitting out, but it's believed that Nowitzki was held out more for maintenance-related reasons rather than as a result of a setback. Assuming Nowitzki is back in the fold for Wednesday's game against the Spurs, there will be fewer shots to go around for Barnes, but the young forward should still represent one of the team's top offensive weapons moving forward. He's easily surpassed fantasy owners' expectations thus far with averages of 20.8 points and 5.8 rebounds in 37.3 minutes per game, though his 28.6 percent mark from three-point range has been disappointing.
