Nets' Brook Lopez: Scores 27 in Tuesday's OT win

Lopez scored 27 points (11-20 FG, 4-9 3Pt, 1-1 FT) while adding eight rebounds, four assists, two steals and a block in 43 minutes during Tuesday's 127-122 overtime win over the Clippers.

Much like Boogie Cousins out in Sacramento, Lopez has turned himself into a three-point threat almost overnight, averaging 2.6 threes a game in November on 39.7 percent (31-for-78) shooting. Being away from the basket that much has really cut into his rebounding, however, and he's averaged just 5.7 boards on the month. Given the Nets' lack of size up front, Lopez may have to find a better balance between his new-found shooting range and his duties cleaning up the glass.
