Pelicans' Langston Galloway: Scores four points in 24 minutes Sunday
Galloway put up four points (2-6 FG, 0-2 3Pt) and one assist across 24 minutes in Sunday's 91-81 loss to the Mavericks.
Galloway popped for a pair of 20-point games earlier this month, but he's been relatively muted over the past four contests, averaging 5.3 points, 1.8 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.5 steals across 21.5 minutes. The 6-foot-2 Galloway has been seeing more run of late as an undersized shooting guard following the recent return of point guard Jrue Holiday, who missed the first 12 games while on personal leave, and could end up seeing most of his time at that position the rest of the way. However, with Tyreke Evans (knee) nearing a return and rookie Buddy Hield likely to see his role grow as the season progresses, Galloway's long-term outlook isn't all that promising.
