Ellenson contributed 14 points (5-8 FG, 3-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT), five rebounds and one steal across 23 minutes in Monday's 102-78 preseason win over the Bucks.

Ellenson hit only 28.8 percent of his three-point attempts during his lone season at Marquette, so it was nice to see the rookie show some efficiency from deep in what was his best scoring effort of the preseason. The Pistons are high on the 19-year-old's long-term upside, but it's unlikely he'll open his rookie season as a member of the rotation with Tobias Harris and Jon Leuer occupying the top two spots on the depth chart at power forward.
