Spurs' Danny Green: Resting vs. Knicks

Green (rest) will not play Saturday against the Knicks.

Green will get a night off for the first time since November as the Spurs play their third game in five nights. In his absence, expect Jonathon Simmons and Manu Ginobili to pick up increased minutes at shooting guard. Look for Green to return to the lineup Monday against Cleveland.
