Adams (ankle) contributed 20 points (8-15 FG, 4-4 FT), 11 rebounds, four blocks, one assist and one steal across 23 minutes in Sunday's 112-94 preseason win over the Timberwolves.

Adams had missed the previous three games with a right ankle sprain and wasn't certain to play Sunday, but ended up suiting up and turned in one of the most dominant showings of his career, despite seeing his minutes limited. The fact that Adams ranked second on the team to only Russell Westbrook in shot attempts is especially surprising and may not happen very frequently in the regular season, but with Kevin Durant and Serge Ibaka out of the picture, the center should nonetheless see a notable spike in his usage rate in 2016-17.
