The Trail Blazers announced Thursday they have waived center Brendan Haywood, whom they just acquired earlier in the week in a trade with the Cavaliers, per NBA.com.
Haywood averaged 1.6 points and 1.3 rebounds in 22 games for the Cavaliers last season.
