Singler (coach's decision) was inactive for Tuesday's 126-121 loss to the Trail Blazers. With Victor Oladipo returning from a bout of back spasms, the Thunder were at full health Tuesday, forcing coach Billy Donovan to select two healthy players to remain inactive. Singler, a non-rotation player, was an easy choice for one of the inactives, and it looks unlikely that he'll have a chance to pick up much minutes the rest of the way, especially after the Thunder bolstered their depth on the wing with the addition of Doug McDermott at the trade deadline.
Singler supplied six points (2-3 FG, 2-3 FT), three rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block across 17 minutes in a 120-98 loss to the Wizards on Monday. With the Wizards rolling to a blowout victory by the end of the third quarter, Singler was able to log some more run than usual in garbage time. Singler has typically been excluded from the rotation of late, as he failed to appear in any of the preceding five contests.
Singler played 16 minutes in a 107-91 loss to the Cavaliers on Sunday, finishing with two points (1-5 FG, 0-2 3Pt) and two rebounds. Singler has made appearances in both of the Thunder's last two games, but he's done little in either contest to prove that he's deserving of a regular rotation role. He's gone 0-of-3 from three-point range over the two games and is shooting just 23.1 percent from distance on the season.
Singler finished with five points (2-4 FG, 1-2 3Pt) and two rebounds across 17 minutes in Wednesday's 121-100 loss against the Warriors. Singler's minutes were his highest since Nov. 3, also a blowout loss at Golden State. He has a nice stroke from the perimeter, but the only time he sees extended run is during mop-up duty. Only fantasy owners in the very deepest of rotisserie formats need to pay him any mind.
Singler played 12 minutes in a 110-108 loss Monday to the Hawks, producing two points (1-1 FG), one rebound and one block. With Victor Oladipo (wrist) missing four straight games, Singler has resurfaced in the Thunder's rotation, logging playing time in each of those contests. While he's connected on 4-of-6 attempts from the field during that span, Singler is still seeing too little minutes to make much of an impact in the box score. He's not quite worth tracking yet, even in most deeper leagues.
