Singleton signed a contract Tuesday with Anhui Wenyi of the Chinese National Basketball League, Sportando reports. A first-round draft pick by the Wizards in 2011, Singleton has been out of the league since 2013-14. The 26-year-old will attempt to impress overseas in order to earn another opportunity stateside.
