Clippers coach Doc Rivers told reporters Wednesday the team has no interest in acquiring centers Larry Sanders and Andrew Bynum, reports the Los Angeles Times. Sanders is on the verge of a buyout from the Bucks and Bynum is a free agent.
The Pacers pulled the plug on the Andrew Bynum experiment Wednesday, announcing that the oft-injured center will not be with the team for the remainder of the postseason. Bynum only ended up playing two games with the Pacers after signing Feb. 1, due to ongoing knee trouble. Bynum was never able to get healthy for the Pacers, and has now appeared in just 26 games over the last two seasons. He is a free agent this offseason, after averaging 8.7 points and 5.6 rebounds per game for the Cavaliers and Pacers.
