Back issue keeps Clippers G Jordan Farmar sidelined Monday

Although the Clippers have listed him as day to day following shootaround, guard Jordan Farmar (back) will not play Monday night against the Suns, per the team's official website. Farmer will now have missed two consecutive games due to the injury. "I think it's a small strain," Farmar said. "It's like spraining your ankle but your back spasms around it to protect it and it just locks up and you can't really do much. Kind of mix in some anti-inflammatories to kind of calm it down and treatment, loosen everything else around it so there's no tension on the area. It'll just calm down when it's ready to."
