Hawks' Paul Millsap: Scores 24 points, blocks four shots in Friday's win

Millsap recorded 24 points (10-14 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 1-5 FT), four blocks, two rebounds, and two steals in 33 minutes during the Hawks' 102-96 win over the Pacers on Friday. Millsap hit three three-pointers for the fourth time this season, and this was his sixth game with four or more blocks. His last five games weren't impressive scoring performances, but he certainly did that well on Friday, posting his 22nd 20-plus point showing of 2015-16. Though he hauled in only two boards, Millsap more than made up for that with his hot shooting and stellar defensive stats, and this was a great bounce-back game for one of the league's most well-rounded players. Heading into the All-Star break, the Hawks have a home-and-away back-to-back set with the Magic on Sunday and Monday as well as a match-up with the Bulls in Chicago on Wednesday, and this stretch of games could be crucial for playoff seeding when all is said and done for the 30-22 Hawks.

Hawks' Paul Millsap: Probable for Sunday

Millsap (ankle) is listed as probable for Sunday's game against Miami, Chris Vivlamore of the AJC reports. Millsap left Thursday's game against the Pacers with a sprained left ankle and was unable to return, but after some down time, he has been upgraded to probable heading into Sunday. Tiago Splitter and Mike Scott saw increased playing time in Millsap's absence Thursday, but they will likely return to their usual roles should Millsap play against the Heat.

Hawks' Paul Millsap: Will not return to Thursday's game

Millsap left Thursday's game against the Pacers with a left ankle sprain and will not return, Chris Vivlamore of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports. Millsap suffered the injury in the first half of Thursday's game and will finish the outing with four points (1-4 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, a steal and a blocked shot over 13 minutes. The severity of the injury remains unclear at this point in time, but we should see his status updated following the game.

Hawks' Paul Millsap: Productive in limited minutes versus Nuggets

Millsap returned from a one-game personal absence to score 22 points (8-15 FG, 6-7 FT, 0-1 3Pt) while grabbing nine rebounds, dishing three assists making two steals and adding a block in just 28 minutes during Monday's win over the Nuggets. The All-Star filled up the stat sheet in typical fashion in his return to the lineup, although his fantasy output was capped by his limited allotment of minutes in the easy win. Millsap has been outstanding over his last six games, averaging 19.3 points, 10 rebounds, 3.8 assists, 2.2 steals and two blocks, despite seeing fewer than 30 minutes on three occasions. Millsap should be considered an elite fantasy play due to his ability to contribute across the board even on nights when he doesn't see extended playing time.

Hawks' Paul Millsap: Post double-double in Thursday loss

Millsap tallied 14 points (6-12 FG, 2-2 FT), 14 rebounds, three assists, five steals and four blocks over 33 minutes in Thursday's 91-88 loss to the Kings. The veteran forward waged an epic battle down low with DeMarcus Cousins, managing his third double-double in the last five games. Millsap has been particularly outstanding defensively in January, now having totaled five steals and four rejections on two different occasions during the month, and six blocks in another contest. He's been just as proficient on the other end, shooting a stellar 57.8 perdent (59-for-102) over the last eight games, and posting three games with double-digit boards during that span.

Hawks' Paul Millsap: Posts 23 points in victory over Trail Blazers

Millsap scored 23 points (7-10 FG, 3-3 3Pt, 6-7 FT) with nine rebounds, two assists, and two steals over 34 minutes in a 104-98 victory over the Trail Blazers on Wednesday. Millsap's elite production continued into Wednesday's match-up, as the 30-year-old scored at least 20 points for the fourth time in Atlanta's past five games. A notable snub from USA Basketball's 30-player roster, Millsap has provided an Olympic-caliber 52.9 field goal percentage over his last 11 games. Millsap will ride the momentum of a three-game winning streak into Saturday's contest against the Suns.

Hawks' Paul Millsap: Notches 13 points, 12 rebounds, six dimes Monday

Millsap scored 13 points (6-9 FG, 1-3 FT) while ripping down 12 rebounds to go along with six assists and two blocks over 27 minutes in Monday's 98-81 win against the Magic. The Hawks got out to an early lead and ran away with the game, which took away some of Millsap's potential fantasy points. Luckily he was able to distribute the ball a bit to make his stat line look much more appealing. Millsap is averaging 19 points, 8.2 rebounds and 4.0 assists over his past five games and remains one of the elite options at power forward.
