    After the missing the last four games with a calf injury, Nuggets forward Darrell Arthur may not be able to play again this season. With the Nuggets out of playoff contention, interim coach Melvin Hunt said they don't want to rush Arthur back and risk further damage to the calf, reports The Denver Post. "If we were in a different situation, he would fight me and make me let him play," Hunt said. "But given the situation that we're in right now, it just doesn't make sense to force it, to push it. Because one of the big things for him is I definitely want to make sure he is able to finish the year active and playing." And with Arthur also on the verge of becoming a free agent after the season, he knows he has to be cautious with the injury. "We're going to do what's best for him and the organization, obviously," Hunt said. "My hope and my thought is the rest is helping. The rest is helping, and he's doing a tremendous amount of rehab."
