  • Dorsey boards up in first start

News: Raptors center Joey Dorsey had one of his most productive games of the season during Monday's 93-86 win over the Raptors. Dorsey, who started in place of the injured Reggie Evans against Milwaukee, finished with 10 points in the defeat on 3 of 12 shooting from the floor. However, he also grabbed a career-high 20 rebounds in the contest to go along with two assists and block while logging 33 minutes.
Analysis: Dorsey didn't get much run during the year in Toronto, which is surprising considering how bad the Raptors were. He appeared in just 42 games on the year averaged just over 11 minutes a game during those contests. Unless his role on the team changes during into the offseason, Fantasy owners probably shouldn't pay too much attention to the 27-year-old on Draft Day next season.
  • Dorsey sees some court time

News: Toronto forward Joey Dorsey was able to play on Saturday night after missing Friday's game with an illness. Dorsey logged 13 minutes off the bench and would shoot 1 for 2 from the field. He finished the night with two points, three boards, two blocks and an assist. The Clippers would hand the Raptors a second loss in as many nights with a 94-90 victory.
Analysis: Dorsey hasn't done much this season for the Raptors. He's averaging 2.9 points and 4.2 rebounds this season. Those numbers don't have much Fantasy appeal, which is why he should be ignored in all formats.
  • Dorsey sidelined for Toronto

News: Raptors forward Joey Dorsey didn't play on Friday night against the Warriors as he was dealing with an illness. He missed practice on Thursday and is being considered day to day.
Analysis: Dorsey has started a few games for the Raptors this year, but he's seen action in only 36 games. In about 12 minutes per contest, Dorsey averages 2.9 points and 4.2 boards. Those numbers aren't worth much in any Fantasy league, which is why he can be ignored in all formats.
