Pacers' George Hill: Tallies 17 points in win

Hill produced 17 points (7-14 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, and two assists across 33 minutes in Saturday's 112-104 win over the Pistons. Hill had attempted only 16 combined shots over the prior two games, so it's not much of a surprise that he saw his scoring total take a considerable jump when he looked for his offense more frequently Saturday. The point guard is a solid complement to star small forward Paul George with averages of 13 points, four rebounds, and 3.2 assists, but he's still been a relative disappointment this season. Aside from an uptick in three-point efficiency and a small increase in steals, Hill's production is down across the board from 2014-15, despite the fact that he's seeing nearly six more minutes per contest.

Pacers' George Hill: Nets 23 points in Monday's OT loss to Cavs

Hill scored 23 points (9-16 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 1-1 FT) with five rebounds, four assists and two steals during 39 minutes in Monday's 111-106 loss to the Cavaliers. After missing three games due to personal reasons, Hill clearly needed a few games to get his offense going again. Well the offense came back Monday as Hill matched his highest point total of the season; he scored 23 points Nov. 9 against the Magic. Hill has particularly found his stroke from distance, shooting 48 percent from beyond the arc in the last five games (12-25).

Pacers' George Hill: Productive night in Thursday's win

Hill had 18 points (7-9 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 1-2 FT), eight rebounds and three assists in a win against the Hawks on Thursday. Hill typically isn't the go-to guy for the Pacers, but with Paul George in foul trouble on Thursday, he found himself with more scoring opportunities than usual. The eight rebounds were also a pleasant surprise for fantasy owners, but it's not something that should be expected on a nightly basis. All in all, the near double-double for Hill was nice, but it's not indicative of his usual fantasy output and he is a more of a role-player for the Pacers.

Pacers' George Hill: Will rejoin starting five Tuesday

Hill will get the start at point guard in Tuesday's game against the Clippers, Nate Taylor of the Indianapolis Star reports. Hill missed three games following the birth of his son last week, and came off the bench in Saturday's game against the Kings upon returning to the team. He still functioned as the de facto starter for that contest by playing 33 minutes, and now he'll take back a permanent spot on the top unit alongside Monta Ellis. Glenn Robinson will head to the bench to make room for Hill.

Pacers' George Hill: Scores eight points in return Saturday

Hill (personal) scored eight points (2-7 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 3-4 FT), a rebound, four assists and two steals over 33 minutes in Saturday's 108-97 loss to the Kings. Hill returned from a three-game absence due to personal reasons to tally a robust 33 minutes despite coming off the bench. The reserve role was almost certainly just a one-game designation, and Hill figures to return to his usual starting spot as soon as the Pacers' next contest versus the Clippers on Tuesday.

Pacers' George Hill: Out Friday, expected to be back Saturday

Hill (personal), who has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Warriors, is expected to rejoin the Pacers in Sacramento for Saturday's tilt with the Kings, Candace Buckner of the Indianapolis Star reports. The Pacers haven't provided much clarity this week regarding when Hill might rejoin the team, but it sounds like they've finally gleaned some more information about their point guard's availability. While he'll skip his third straight contest Friday, at this time, it looks like he's on course to take back his starting role a night later and should immediately be capable of playing nearly 35 minutes per game alongside fellow backcourt mate Monta Ellis. Hill's return will push Glenn Robinson back to a bench role.

Pacers' George Hill: Ruled out Friday

Hill (personal) has been ruled out for Friday's game against Golden State. Hill's absence is set to drag on for the third game of Indiana's four-game road swing as he continues to miss time to tend to a personal matter. There is no word on whether Hill will even join the team in the near future, so his status for Saturday's game in Sacramento could be up in the air as well. Given that Rodney Stuckey (ankle) is out as well Friday, Monta Ellis figures to get another start at point guard and Joe Young should get some run off the bench.

Pacers' George Hill: Will not play Tuesday

Hill (personal) is not with the team and will not play in Tuesday's game against the Suns, Candace Buckner of Indy Star Sports reports. Hill is not with the team due to personal reasons and will sit out his second consecutive game. With Hill sidelined, the Pacers are expected to run Monta Ellis at point guard in his place. Coach Frank Vogel is hoping Hill is able to make the trip to Oakland to take on the Warriors on Friday, but he should be considered questionable for that outing as well until otherwise reported.

Pacers' George Hill: Questionable to play Tuesday

Hill (personal) is considered questionable to play Tuesday against the Suns. Hill missed Sunday's game due to personal reasons, and his status for Tuesday's contest in Phoenix remains up in the air. With Rodney Stuckey (foot) still out, the Pacers will likely start Monta Ellis at point guard if Hill is unable to return on Tuesday.
