  • Timberwolves' Greg Monroe: Plays 18 minutes in finale

Monroe contributed nine points (4-8 FG, 1-2 FT), three rebounds, five assists, two blocks and two steals across 18 minutes during Sunday's 124-120 loss to Chicago. Monroe had a minimal role in each of his first two appearances after signing a rest-of-season deal with Minnesota on Thursday, but the Timberwolves utilized their bench players more during Sunday's regular-season finale. The 31-year-old is unlikely to be a significant part of the rotation during Tuesday's play-in game against the Clippers.

  • Jazz's Greg Monroe: Will be available Thursday

Monroe has officially signed with the Timberwolves and will be available for Thursday's game against Phoenix. Earlier Thursday, the Wolves signed Monroe for the remainder of the season, and he's since joined the team and is on the floor for pregame warmups. It's unclear if he'll actually see any action, but the veteran spent some time with Minnesota earlier in the season, so he should be relatively familiar with the Wolves' system.

  • Jazz's Greg Monroe: Sticking around with Utah

Monroe agreed Thursday with the Jazz on a rest-of-season contract, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports. After Monroe's 10-day deal with Utah expired Wednesday, the team will be keeping him around on a more permanent basis to provide depth at center behind Rudy Gobert and Hassan Whiteside. Between stops with Utah, Milwaukee, Washington and Minnesota this season, Monroe has appeared in 13 games while averaging 5.2 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 13.6 minutes.

  • Jazz's Greg Monroe: Not listed on injury report

Monroe is not listed on the injury report ahead of Tuesday's game against the Clippers, implying that he's available to make his Jazz debut. Monroe signed with the Jazz on Sunday but was not available in time for that night's contest against the Mavs. With another 48 hours to acquaint himself with his latest stop, the veteran big man should be available for coach Quin Snyder. With Rudy Gobert (leg) questionable and Hassan Whiteside (foot) out, Monroe could be pressed into increased minutes right away.

  • Jazz's Greg Monroe: Not expected to debut Sunday

Monroe is not expected to debut for the Jazz on Sunday against Dallas, Tony Jones of The Athletic reports. The veteran joined the Jazz on a 10-day deal earlier in the day, but the team is not expecting to have him available until Tuesday's game at the Clippers. With Hassan Whiteside nursing a sprained foot, Monroe could find himself as the backup to Rudy Gobert should Whiteside miss additional time beyond Sunday.

  • Jazz's Greg Monroe: Joins Utah via 10-day contract

Monroe signed a 10-day contract with the Jazz on Sunday, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports. Monroe previously spent time with the Bucks, Timberwolves and Wizards this season, appearing in 10 total contests and averaging 5.5 points, 5.2 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 15.1 minutes. Hassan Whiteside is currently dealing with a foot injury, so Monroe will likely compete with Juancho Hernangomez for backup minutes behind Rudy Gobert.

  • Greg Monroe: Records double-double

Monroe notched 20 points (8-14 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 3-3 FT), 10 rebounds, five assists and two steals across 22 minutes off the bench in Sunday's 131-100 win over the Herd. Monroe led the Go-Go in both points and rebounds, but he accomplished that feat playing just 22 minutes and coming off the bench. The veteran big man is making a strong case for more minutes down the final weeks of the regular season.

  • Greg Monroe: Shines against Westchester

Monroe delivered 18 points (7-11 FG, 2-2 FT), 12 rebounds, six assists and a steal across 32 minutes in Thursday's win over Westchester. Monroe was Capital City's best player by a wide margin, as he paced the team in points, assists and rebounds to complete one of his best performances of the entire campaign. While he's not likely to earn an NBA deal at this point, he should remain a very productive player at the G League level.

  • Greg Monroe: Comes close to double-double

Monroe notched 18 points (7-13 FG, 2-4 FT), nine rebounds, five assists and two steals across 22 minutes off the bench in Friday's loss against the Herd. Monroe had a strong two-way effort and ended just one board shy of putting up another double-double. Despite the fact that Capital City lost, Monroe continues to show he can be a productive player regardless of the role he has to fill out.

  • Greg Monroe: Double-doubles off bench

Monroe had 14 points (7-10 FG, 0-2 FT), 11 rebounds, two assists, a steal and a block across 19 minutes off the bench in Wednesday's win over Greensboro. Monroe continues to produce at the G League level and has been playing well regardless of whether he's starting or coming off the bench. The veteran big man is averaging 15.3 points and 9.9 rebounds per game while also adding 4.4 assists per tilt.

  • Greg Monroe: Deal expires

Monroe's 10-day contract with the Bucks expired Tuesday, Keith Smith of Spotrac.com reports. Monroe has been part of the rotation in each of the Bucks' five games since signing his 10-day deal, averaging 5.4 points and 4.2 rebounds in 13.6 minutes per game. Though Milwaukee would still have an open roster spot for Monroe if it elects to bring him back on another 10-day deal, the Bucks essentially found his replacement last week, when the team acquired Serge Ibaka from the Clippers ahead of the trade deadline. Both Ibaka and Monroe were able to pick up minutes in Monday's loss to Portland in the former's team debut, but that likely won't be the case when Giannis Antetokounmpo -- who sat out against the Trail Blazers with an ankle injury -- returns to the lineup.

  • Bucks' Greg Monroe: Available Saturday

Monroe (recently signed) is available to play Saturday against the Trail Blazers. The 32-year-old center had previously been with the Timberwolves and Wizards on 10-day deals earlier this season, averaging 5.6 points, 6.2 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.0 blocks in 16.2 minutes. He could immediately slot in as the Bucks' top backup center behind Bobby Portis, as Milwaukee hasn't settled on an adequate replacement since DeMarcus Cousins wasn't retained in early January.

  • Bucks' Greg Monroe: Nabs 10-day deal from Milwaukeee

Monroe and the Bucks agreed Saturday on a 10-day contract, Michael Scotto of USA Today reports. According to Scotto, Monroe, who had most recently been playing for the G League's Capital City Go-Go, had multiple 10-day-deal offers on the table before electing to join the Bucks for what will be his second stint with Milwaukee.

  • Greg Monroe: Stuffs stat sheet in loss

Monroe recorded 28 points (12-16 FG, 3-3 FT), 11 rebounds, four assists and three blocks across 36 minutes in Wednesday's loss against Westchester. Monroe is beginning to dominate the competition at the G League level. His stat-stuffing ability is undeniable, and he's been scoring with high levels of efficiency. Expect Monroe to remain one of Capital City's most important players as long as he's healthy and unsigned by an NBA franchise.

  • Greg Monroe: Solid all-around effort

Monroe notched 17 points (7-12 FG, 2-4 FT), 12 rebounds, six assists, four blocks and three steals across 37 minutes in Monday's loss against Windy City. Aside from putting up a double-double, Monroe managed to find a way to perform just like he did during his prime days in the NBA, leaving a mark across the board and contributing multiple tallies in all five of the major categories. While Monroe is not likely to get a 10-day contract with an NBA franchise any time soon, he remains a productive player at the G League level, and his numbers should only increase in case he remains a starter.

  • Greg Monroe: Decent output off bench

Monroe posted 13 points (5-9 FG, 2-2 FT), four assists and three rebounds across 22 minutes off the bench in Saturday's win over the Swarm. Monroe returned to the G League following a short stint with the Wizards in the NBA, and while it remains to be seen if he'll get another 10-day deal with another franchise, he continues to be productive for the Go-Go even if he's not starting. The veteran big man has scored in double digits in his two appearances in the G League regular season so far.

  • Greg Monroe: Time over with Washington

Washington didn't re-sign Monroe after his 10-day contract expired Sunday, Keith Smith of Spotrac.com reports. Monroe briefly held a rotation spot in his first two games with Washington, but he didn't play in any of the Wizards' last three games after falling down the pecking order once Rui Hachimura and Thomas Bryant made their returns from long-term absences. With no extra roster spot available for Washington to keep in the fold on another 10-day pact, Monroe will stick around in the G League with the Wizards' affiliate, the Capital City Go-Go.

  • Wizards' Greg Monroe: Assigned to G League

Monroe won't play in Saturday's game against the Trail Blazers, as he's been assigned to the G League. With Daniel Gafford, Thomas Bryant and Montrezl Harrell all available, Monroe's role has disappeared. He may spend the rest of his 10-day deal in the G League.

  • Wizards' Greg Monroe: Excellent performance Thursday

Monroe registered 15 points (6-15 FG, 2-2 FT), 15 rebounds, five assists, three steals and two blocks across 23 minutes off the bench in Thursday's 113-104 win over Raptors 905. Monroe wasn't sharp from the field, but he delivered an impressive outing across the board and filled the stat sheet despite seeing limited on-court time. The veteran has been thriving at the G League level, and it wouldn't be shocking if he signs another 10-day deal with an NBA franchise given how good he's been so far.

  • Wizards' Greg Monroe: Solid contributions Friday

Monroe amassed eight points (4-7 FG), seven rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal across 14 minutes during Friday's 130-122 loss to the Bulls. Monroe played 14 minutes off the bench in the loss, as he continues to strive for an NBA comeback. Despite playing only limited minutes, he was reasonably productive, as he was during his time in Minnesota. It is unclear if the Wizards -- or any other team -- are going to sign him for the rest of the season, but if he can carve out playing time somewhere, he could certainly have some value in deeper formats.
