Celtics' Jared Sullinger: Sinks 10-of-13 FG, matches season-high 21 points Sunday

Sullinger scored 21 points (10-13 FG, 1-1 3Pt) and added six rebounds, three steals, and one assist in 23 minutes during the Celtics' 128-119 win against the Kings on Sunday. Sullinger saw his customary 23 minutes on Sunday, but he was spectacular en route to matching his season-high--which he set back on Nov. 6. The Celtics' front-court is extremely crowded, and coach Brad Stevens has only afforded Sullinger 30 minutes or more in nine contests during 2015-16. The soon-to-be 24-year-old has scored in double figures in each of the last three games, but it's tough to trust him in standard leagues when he only sees 23 minutes in a game despite dominating. That being said, the trade deadline is approaching, so Sullinger is a player to keep an eye on in all formats.

Celtics' Jared Sullinger: Pours 12 in for Wednesday's win

Sullinger had 12 points (6-11 FG), five assists, three rebounds, a steal and a block in Wednesday's win against the Pistons. Sullinger held his own for a bit against Andre Drummond and ultimately helped the Celtics to the win. Sullinger hasn't been getting the minutes that we covet in terms of fantasy value, but there are certain days where he gets the job done in a limited amount of time. Going forward, we're looking for more of a definitive role for Sullinger and it doesn't appear that the time is now.

Celtics' Jared Sullinger: Nears triple-double Sunday

Sullinger had eight points (4-12 FG), 11 rebounds, seven assists, and one steal in 26 minutes during the Celtics' 112-92 win over the 76ers on Sunday. Sullinger's roller-coaster season continued on Sunday, and the talented, albeit inconsistent forward is averaging 11.0 points, nine rebounds three assists to 1.6 turnovers, 1.8 steals, and 0.4 blocks in 24 minutes per game over the last five contests. He has been playing well lately, but unless the Celtics make a trade or coach Brad Stevens starts to reduce other front-court players' minutes, it will likely take an injury for Sullinger to become a consistent, sure-fire starter in standard-sized leagues.

Celtics' Jared Sullinger: Double-double in Friday's win

Sullinger scored 18 points (8-19 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT) while adding 12 rebounds, five assists, three steals and a block in 30 minutes during Friday's win over the Bulls. It's his third double-double in the last five games, but it comes just two days after an awful game against the Raptors in which Sullinger managed only three points and two boards in 13 minutes. He's capable of posting good numbers at any time, but his lack of consistency puts a serious damper on his usefulness in many fantasy formats.

Celtics' Jared Sullinger: Posts double-double Monday

Sullinger recorded 12 points (3-12 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 6-7 FT), 11 rebounds, two steals, and one block in 28 minutes during the Celtics' 118-113 overtime loss versus the Mavericks on Monday. Sullinger is managing 11.0 points (46.7 FG, 20.0 3Pt, 75.0 FT), eight rebounds, 1.2 assists, 0.6 steals, and 0.2 blocks in 23 minutes per game over the last five match-ups. Unsurprisingly, Monday's overtime game marked his highest minutes total over that span, and the most time he has earned since Dec. 11 versus the Warriors.

Celtics' Jared Sullinger: Scores 14 before fouling out Saturday

Sullinger scored 14 points (6-10 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT) while adding nine rebounds, two assists and a steal in just 21 minutes before fouling out of Saturday's win over the Wizards. He got two quick fouls in the second quarter and then two more in rapid succession in the third, putting a severe cap on his court time despite being very productive while he played. Sullinger's inability to stay out of foul trouble, and out of coach Brad Stevens' doghouse, continues to limit his numbers.

    Celtics' Jared Sullinger: Double-doubles Friday

Sullinger recorded 11 points (4-8 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 2-4 FT), 10 rebounds, and two assists in 24 minutes during the Celtics' 117-103 win over the Suns on Friday. Sullinger has started the last two games after coming off the bench for a five-game stretch, but it hasn't resulted in an increased load of minutes or a jolt in his apparent fantasy value. Over the last five games, Sully is posting 10.6 points (48.9 FG, 20.0 3Pt, 61.5 FT), seven rebounds, 1.2 assists, 0.2 steals, and 0.2 blocks in 23 minutes per appearance.

Celtics' Jared Sullinger: Returns to the starting lineup Wednesday

Sullinger will return to the starting lineup Wednesday versus the Pacers. After starting his first 30 games of the season, Sullinger has come off the bench the previous five for the Celtics. He has averaged 11.6 points, 6.8 rebounds, 1.2 assists, 1.0 steals, and 0.4 blocks in 20.7 minutes per game off the bench. It is unclear if head coach Brad Stevens is simply playing the matchups or if this is a permanent switch.

Celtics' Jared Sullinger: Reaches double-digit scoring in third straight game

Sullinger tallied 14 points (6-10 FG, 2-3 FT) and seven rebounds across 20 minutes in Tuesday's 120-114 loss to the Knicks. Meanwhile, starting center Kelly Olynyk saw only 11 minutes, and Sullinger has outperformed over the last two games. Though he's only played between 15 and 26 minutes while coming off the bench for the past five games, Sullinger is still averaging a solid 11.6 points, 6.8 boards, 1.2 assists, and one steal during that stretch. It might not be long before he takes back the starting job from Olynyk.

Celtics' Jared Sullinger: Posts double-double off bench in loss Thursday

Sullinger scored 13 points (5-13 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 3-4 FT) with 11 rebounds, two assists, and a block over 25 minutes in a 101-92 loss to the Bulls on Thursday. Sullinger has now posted double-doubles in two of three games since receiving a demotion to the bench from coach Brad Stevens. While Kelly Olynyk has been formidable in a starting role, Sullinger appears to have the higher upside and superior track record. Sullinger, who was reportedly playing through a wrist injury in late December, may be in line for increased minutes with continued production.
