    Bulls' Nazr Mohammed plans to return for 18th season

    Bulls veteran Nazr Mohammed said he plans to return next year, to play his 18th season in the NBA, per the Chicago Tribune. Mohammed played in 23 games for the Bulls this year. He's a free agent but said he's confident he'll sign somewhere.

    Nazr Mohammed still doing little

    Bulls center Nazr Mohammed continues to play just a bit role off the bench, as he was scoreless in a five-minute appearances Tuesday against the Hawks. He added two rebounds and an assist as well, in the 107-103 win. Mohammed has appeared in all but one of the team's games, but is averaging just 1.5 points and 2.3 rebounds per game.

    Bulls center Nazr Mohammed was back on the floor Wednesday against the Magic, after leaving the team's previous game with a hand injury. He played six scoreless minutes in the game, with two rebounds and one turnover in a 128-125, triple overtime win.

    Bulls center Nazr Mohammed left Monday's game with a sprained middle finger on his left hand and is questionable to return, the team's announcer reports. Mohammed played just one minute before exiting with the injury. Going into Monday's game, he had averaged 1.6 points and 7.9 minutes in 34 games played.

    Nazr Mohammed grabs season-high 11 rebounds vs. Clippers

    Bulls center Nazr Mohammed played a season-high 21 minutes and hauled in a season-high 11 rebounds while scoring four points on 2 of 6 shooting in his team's 121-82 loss to the Clippers Sunday. Mohammed also added his seventh block of the season in Sunday's loss. He has averaged 1.6 points, 3.3 rebounds and 10.3 minutes per game.

    Mohammed with rare double-double

    Bulls center Nazr Mohammed turned in a solid performance in Joakim Noah's place Tuesday night against the Wizards. With Noah out, Mohammed stepped up and earned his seventh start of the season. He went 5 of 12 shooting from the field and 2 of 2 from the free throw line. He finished with 12 points and 12 rebounds, including seven offensive rebounds in a 90-86 defeat. Mohammed also chipped in with three assists and a blocked shot while logging 36 minutes of game action.
