Matt Moore proved to be a great fill-in quarterback in Fantasy and reality last season when he started the final three games and a playoff matchup for the Dolphins after Ryan Tannehill (knee) got hurt in Week 14. Moore had at least 19 Fantasy points in a standard league in the final three games of the regular season and two games with at least 20 points. Tannehill is expected to be healthy for the start of the season, but if he suffers a setback or gets hurt again then it's clear the Dolphins and Fantasy owners can rely on him as a fill-in option. He's not worth drafting in the majority of leagues, but Moore can help Fantasy owners if needed if he gets the chance to start at all in 2017.
