Robinson agreed to a two-year deal with the 49ers worth upwards of $6 million on Thursday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
The ex-Falcon will join his former offensive coordinator in the Bay Area with the announcement of Thursday's signing. Robinson reeled in 20 receptions for 323 yards and two touchdowns on 32 targets last season, but that was on a Falcons team that was loaded at receiver. In San Francisco, there's at least the possibility of a clearer path to more targets for Robinson seeing as the current receiving pecking order for the 49ers appears to be unsettled behind the newly acquired Pierre Garcon.
