Celek left Sunday's contest against the Cardinals due to a leg injury, Cam Inman of the San Jose Mercury News reports.
Avoiding injury so far this season has helped Celek become the 49ers' most consistent player, with multiple catches in seven of 10 games. He's also reached the end zone three times among 28 targets, but after he was carted to the locker room, the current ailment could keep him away from the field for the rest of the game.
