Davis ran the ball five times for 13 yards and added six yards on his only reception in Sunday's blowout loss to the Bills.

Davis out-snapped fellow backup Shaun Draughn 24 to 5 and appears to have become Carlos Hyde's primary backup. The increased snap count was likely a result of Hyde having to leave the game temporarily with a shoulder injury. While the injury didn't appear to be too serious, it is worth monitoring heading into next week's matchup with the Buccaneers because Davis would stand to gain the most value should Hyde not suit up.
