Bills running back Karlos Williams (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday against Cincinnati.
Concussions are always a dicey and scary injury for any player, and apparently Williams has not been cleared through protocol to the point where he's allowed to practice. LeSean McCoy is expected to return this week, so if he has no setbacks in the coming weeks, Williams' opportunity to carry the load in the Buffalo backfield might have passed.
