Lawson (shoulder) will return to practice Wednesday, ESPN's Mike Rodak reports.

Lawson was placed on the Bills' PUP list to start this season after having shoulder surgery in May. Although his required six-week absence forced a frustrating kickoff to his career, the rookie first-rounder will finally re-enter the fold in practice this week. Once activated to Buffalo's roster and cleared to play, Lawson should provide a good boost to the team's options at outside linebacker, even though veteran Lorenzo Alexander will continue to start at the position when Lawson returns.
