Reynolds was signed from the Browns' practice squad to the active roster Tuesday, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.

With Jordan Poyer (kidney) on injured reserve, the Browns promoted Reynolds to the active roster, where he'll likely back up free safety Tracy Howard. Reynolds is a 25-year-old out of Stanford and played six games with the Eagles in 2015.
