Shorts (hamstring) did not participate in Wednesday's practice.
Shorts was inactive for Sunday's game agains the Rams, and it looks like he is still dealing with the hamstring injury that he suffered from on his first catch as a Buccaneer in Week 2. Consider Shorts questionable until his status is updated later this week.
