Buccaneers' Doug Martin: Misses practice Wednesday

Martin (hamstring) missed the portion of Wednesday's practice open to the media, Roy Cummings of WFLA News Channel 8 Tampa Bay reports.

In the Buccaneers' first practice following their bye week, Martin is still rehabbing the hamstring injury that has ailed him since Week 2. He'll have two additional sessions to make his presence felt in advance of Sunday's game in San Francisco, but in the event he's ultimately unable to go, the backfield could again be the domain of Jacquizz Rodgers, who received a career-high 30 carries in Week 5 against the Panthers.
