Buccaneers' Doug Martin: Suffers setback with hamstring

Martin suffered a setback with his hamstring injury last week and has no timetable for a return, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

For a team with a pair of playmakers -- Charles Sims (knee) and Vincent Jackson (knee) -- already on injured reserve, the development is yet another hard knock for the Buccaneers' offense. With Martin poised for a continuation of his multi-week absence, Jacquizz Rodgers will serve as the No. 1 running back for the foreseeable future, though reserve RBs Peyton Barber and Antone Smith could also get into the act moving forward.
