Johnson recorded 10 carries for 24 yards and corralled seven of nine passes for 84 yards during Sunday's defeat at the hands of Carolina.
On a positive note, Johnson upheld his standard of at least 100 yards from scrimmage in every game this season and 13 of 15 games overall as a starter (including playoffs). However, the Cardinals fell behind 24-0 with minutes remaining in the first half, causing head coach Bruce Arians to ditch the ground game. While Johnson's pass-catching chops allowed him to salvage his day, he needed a 21-yard reception in garbage time to reach the aforementioned century mark. With a Week 9 bye staring Arizona in the face, Johnson will welcome the 49ers' porous defense to the desert on Nov. 13.
