Williams is tending to a labrum issue in his right shoulder, Michael Gehlken of the San Diego Union-Tribune reports.

Exiting Sunday's win at Houston after falling on the shoulder, Williams had to be content with a season-high eight catches for 70 yards and his third visit to the end zone in as many weeks. There is precedent for the second-year wideout playing through a torn labrum. During his final year at Western Oregon, he did just that and underwent offseason surgery. However, it's unclear how much the current concern will impact Williams this time around. His first opportunity to prove his health arrives at Wednesday's practice.
