Hill will likely earn more targets in 2017 after the Chiefs released Jeremy Maclin on Friday, Terez A. Paylor of The Kansas City Star reports.
In the wake of the move, Hill is penciled in as Kansas City's No. 1 wideout, with Chris Conley and Albert Wilson rounding out the top of the corps. Although Hill can expect an increase in the 83 targets from his rookie season, the passing attack will likely center even more on tight end Travis Kelce (shoulder), whose 117 targets ranked fourth among the NFL's tight ends. With Maclin out of the picture, though, Hill's utility as a pass catcher, rusher and returner will push him ever higher in the minds of fantasy owners.
