Colts CB Greg Toler (neck) cleared to return to practice

Colts cornerback Greg Toler (neck) has been cleared to return to practice and is could play Thursday against Houston, ESPN reports.

The Colts may really need Toler to return this week with Vontae Davis missing practice with a foot injury. It's not clear if Toler will be ready to play significant snaps right away as he hasn't played this season due to the injury.
