Colts' Scott Tolzien: Expected to start Thursday

Tolzien is expected to start Thursday against Pittsburgh with Andrew Luck listed as out due to a concussion, ESPN reports.

Stephen Morris is expected to be the backup quarterback to Tolzien. Colts head coach Chuck Pagano left open that Morris could play Wednesday, but Tolzien is widely expected to start. Tolzien has made two NFL starts, his last on Nov. 24, 2013 against the Vikings when he played for the Packers. While the Colts may have a more conservative game plan with Tolzien under center, he could put up decent fantasy stats since he's facing the league's 26th-ranked pass defense.
