Giants defensive end Damontre Moore is recovering from minor shoulder surgery and has not been fully cleared yet. But his plan for the offseason is to add 15 pounds of muscle so he can make a bigger impact in Year 2.

"I can do light stuff, I'm not cleared to lift weights yet but as far as the other stuff goes, I'm maintaining my cardiovascular strength and stuff like that," he said, per The Star-Ledger. "Just trying to enhance that part of the game so once I get cleared I can focus on the weights."

He had 11 tackles and a forced fumble as a rookie.
