Culliver (knee) may not play Sunday in San Diego, Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald reports.
Culliver has been activated from the PUP list and is practicing but the Dolphins brass doesn't believe he is ready for game action at this point in time. He is still rusty after not playing or practicing for months and isn't expected to play versus San Diego unless he improves greatly Friday.
