Dye (hamstring) was re-signed to the Bucs' practice squad Monday, Jenna Laine of ESPN.com reports.

Dye had been waived/injured with a hamstring injury on Aug. 31 and had to therefore wait six weeks to rejoin the team as per the terms of his injury settlement. The second-year speedster gained valuable experience as a rookie in the wake of Louis Murphy's season-ending knee injury and has also flashed as a returner, so an eventual ascension to the active roster is certainly conceivable.
