Eagles' Jordan Matthews: Dealing with tendinitis in knee

Matthews emerged from Sunday's loss in Washington with knee tendinitis, Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Posting at least 65 yards (75, to be exact) for the fourth time in five games this season, Matthews led all Eagles receivers, but an injury will now hang over his head during Week 7 prep. The issue could merely be one of pain tolerance, which would place him in the day-to-day category, but his activity level at Wednesday's practice will provide some insight into his upcoming availability.
