The Falcons signed Wreh-Wilson on Tuesday, Curtis Jackson of the team's official site reports.

Wreh-Wilson has been biding his time on the free-agent market since his release from the Titans near the end of the preseason slate. The move to sign Wreh-Wilson was necessitated by the placement of Falcons cornerback Desmond Trufant (pectoral) on injured reserve.
