Williams (concussion) was a full practice participant Thursday.
After sustaining a concussion on Dec. 11 in Los Angeles, Williams required more than a week to complete his first uncapped practice, but the protocol for head injuries may still be his domain. While the Falcons may touch on his status in the near future, he could be the odd man out in a receiving corps that expects to have Julio Jones (toe) back in the fold Saturday at Carolina.
